Had this out of a .375 at a restaurant. Nice nose of earth and a bit of cranberry. Terrific acidic balance, smooth with a bit of tannins on the finish. Paired nicely with cured fish, frogs legs, and onion tart. Approachable now, but will probably be even better with a little more bottle age.

醒酒两个半小时,闻香是车厘子,花香,野肉气息,入口酸度高,酒液咸,收口甜美,单宁细腻,口中是山楂和杨梅的果香,有很微弱的老酒的酱味和酒精感,酸梅汤一样的口感,能感受到成熟的甜美,余味稍淡了些,细腻红果,淡淡香草和一些木质香气。一款非常传统做法的勃艮第,应该是去梗发酵的,2005年的超级大年可能对这样一支村级酒比较友好,若是级别更高的一级园或者特级园就可能还没到适饮期。
