  Fresh and lively. Haven’t tasted this as young, but seems to have matured so well; round and very well balanced, beautiful lemon and more golden citrus fruits, some tertiary signs that add complexity without dominating - beeswax, honey, petrol. In a great place, but could easily age further too.
  
  Matched with grilled scallops in browned butter. Heaven!
