Really need to leave this alone for a year or two. Day two it opened a bit. Just not sure if it is the oak that makes this wine interesting or if it just needs more time.

Still an enjoyable wine but not going where I thought it would. The oak has an aged compenent now but the fruit might be fading and losing a bit to the oak.

Continues to age well but I'm not sure if it will continue to develop or slide downward quickly. Try again in 6 months. Oak continues to integrate and the fruit is pure. I'd like to see more depth of flavor and bouquet but I'm just not sure it's there.

So tasty now in an everyday drinking sort of way. I think it still has the potential to get better but am not as sure. I'll try to hold off for 6 months to make a better decision. Good pinot character. The wood was a little out of focus this time.

Over 14 bottles quite very good.
If these people ever focus on excellence it could happen here.
But I think they will not do that.
