  • Tasting at Foradori estate, wine #1. Tasted vs 2019 vintage. Made from a single varietal of Manzoni Bianco, which is a crossing of Pinot Blanc and Riesling. Fermentation on the skins in cement tanks, followed by 7 months of aging in acacia casks. Pale lemon colour. Intense aroma of acacia, chalk, honey, apple, flint, candied lemon, herbal nuances. Medium body, well built structure, great complexity, citrusy flavours, high steely green apple acidity.
