  Last of a case. The case has been so variable that I have not bought more, but this last is a beauty at 12 years old. Essence of dry white bordeaux, saline, savoury, sunshine, citrus, hints of pineapple in the distance.

  Opens up within 60-90 minutes. I believe the Semillon is prominent in this bottle....great with food. Low acid. Drink up any remaining bottles soon.
