A bit past its prime. yellow circus notes on nose and palate where oak shows up with nuts and still some nice acidity. Agree with previous note that the finish has good length but is a tad one dimensional.

Golden yellow colour, thin stylish legs. Understated nose of nuts and a hint of citrus fruit. Again, citrus fruit and some oak on the palate. Intense and full of life. Medium body, nice buttery structure. Well-balanced. Long, but a bit one-dimensional finish. Excellent wine: elegant and enjoyable. Ready to drink, I can't imagine it improving.

(Domaine Bruno Clair Corton-Charlemagne) Light golden yellow color; maturing, somewhat oxidized, lightly sherried nose; tart lemon, mineral, green apple palate with good acidity; medium finish 91+ pts. (on a fast track of maturity compared with our other Corton-Charlemagnes on this evening)
