Very nice wine. Aromatic, cedar forest nose; good acidity;long finish. Lots of mineralogy, black licorice, baking spice and black fruits. definitely needed fruits. Let breathe for 1.5 hours but it continued to evolve. Would let breathe for 3 hours next time. Paired very well with a grilled steak

Cupissimo rubino. Naso piuttosto austero, quasi severo, con molta enfasi sulla parte minerale (grafite, goudron) e meno sul frutto (classici mirtillo, mora e ribes). Menta e cacao sullo sfondo, un pizzico di pungenza balsamica. Bocca rispondente, tannica, leggermente verde. Buona lunghezza per l’annata.
