Deep peach color lightening to a fair rose at the edges. Aromatic nose, grapefruit, brown sugar. A glycerin slick on the palette, vibrant acid, and touch of tannin. Pomegranate and ruby red grapefruit. Some residual sugar (makes me wonder on the wine making methods). Finishes light on a pithy sweetness.

Took this wine to the Hamptons and had it by the beach with everyone... It's interesting, first rosé I see that had not only tannins but sediment as well. Usual notes of strawberry, raspberry and a bit of bitterness that I found refreshing and welcomed.

Translucent brick red in the glass. Cherry and strawberry on the nose, but the aromas seem a bit tight. Initial notes of strawberries on the palate, but for me its dominated by cranberry ginger ale, with medium high acidity and tea-like tannins on the finish. It seems that the 2007 is a lot sweeter than I remember the last vintage I had, probably 2005, being, which is a little dissapointing for me.

Great color. Still fruity and tasty even though it is a 2007 and I thought it might be a bit tired.

Crisp, full of bright fruit flavor, another top notch rose from this nebbiolo.
