Decanted for 3 hours. Wine is superb - pure cabernet. Dark color. Still tight to the nose and palate for its age. Saw earlier posts that the wine had timed out. we may be lucky, but very enjoyable still.

- Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of black pepper, oak and smokey and has flavours of black currant, mushroom and blackberry - You must decant, as stated by others, huge sediment. Left decanted for 3hours, which finally allowed the fruit to show. A bit of an acidic finish when first opened, but that left with time. Aromas of smoke and black pepper. Flavored of blackberry, current, and tobacco.
