Color is fading ruby into garnet, 80% saturated with slow, viscous legs. High powered aromas of red berry, earthy compost, vanilla, and bit of marzipan. Very slow to attack the palate which reinforces the nose and some mature raisining is starting to show. Very light tannins and simple acidity with a strong and lengthy finish. Fruit seems at the end of it's lifespan and it lets the alcohol unfortunately pop high into the structure. 4+11+14+7 = 86

A surprisingly intense and delicious Oregon Pinot Noir. Aromas of red raspberries, vanilla and earth. Ample acidity softened by generous round fruit. I liked it. Wow - pretty good. Maybe I need to be giving Oregon Pinot Noir more bottle age?
