The primary apple elements first tasted at Tribeca T Thiese tasting have integrated nicely into this elegant, off dry, palate-cleansing Riesling of the highest order. There is richness and depth, with a baked candy-apple midpalate, but the finish is clean, crisp, with an ever so tiny hint of smoke and ash. Tremendous pedigree. And just about all the Pradikatweins from this vineyard are under $30 retail.
