Popped and poured through a Vinturi. Rather austere and closed with the first glass, but over the course of dinner, this really opened up nicely. Some red berry fruit and very well integrated. By the end, I was particularly impressed. Outstanding.

I like this. The nose was closed down upon opening, but it really came around after a few hours. Fantastic aromas of Willamette valley earth. That earthy, fungal stink is second to none. I could sniff this glass forever. On the palate there is a nice balance of fruit and earthy characteristics. I definitely enjoyed this wine, but I would not say that it is one of the best of the WV. It's a great dinner Pinot!
