Brought to dinner @ friend's home. Nice accompaniment to pork tenderloin. Also brought a 2010 Benoni Pinot, which was not as enjoyable as this well made old world style.

My impressions echo those of bcc725! This was a solid 90+ wine, IMHO, but I like old world style, especially in Pinots. Glad to have several more in the cellar. Mine were even less expensive 3 yrs ago from K&L.

Really really good old world pinot. Very heavy on the brett, but in a way that adds to what I'd call "old world charm". Opaque garnet in the glass, feral nose, and a blend of delicate dark fruit, garrigue and mineral on the palate. A steal for $25 and, I would imagine, a reference point for Pinot drinkers that like to compare and contrast regions and styles. Not for all palates, but it certainly charmed mine.

Similar to prior note, although the nose was more pronounced. Very much liking this for a reasonably priced burgundy. Would buy more at this price if I can find it.

not same wine from 6/2013 tasting. Oh well, decent but faded rather than improved.
