The general consensus among the group was that it was a little acidic and tart for our liking and the wine may possibly be past it's prime; lacking any real structure. The finish was rather unappealing. Would've tasted great a year or two ago.

  Purchased from Tesco St Stephen's. A note from memory. Strong expressive nose of currents with oak, mint and chocolate. A balanced and concentrated mid-palate with a nice mouthfeel. Good value at ~£8.50
