Absolutely beautiful. Went well with spicy pasta and spicy chocolate. Matt told us to drink the zin-based blends that we were hanging on to, and he was absolutely right.

Run through an aerator. Big up front with a bit of spice. Finish is cherry and slightly jammy.
After an hour decanting, it was smoother over all and stood up nicely to a tomato polenta.
