  On the nose, Daisys, gum, sherry, rubber duck, orange, apple and honey.
  On the palate, Chalk, oak, minerality, grape fruit, mint, butter and raspberries. The taste is quite complexed due to the age. But the end is a little bit perfumed with a metallic twist that takes down the overall rating. Still a good balance
  medium long finish

  Rich and aged on the nose with apple butter, ginger, orange, malts and earthiness.
  Dry and medium bodied palate with balanced acidity and smooth fading moussé. Incredibly complex aged character with notes of strawberries, chestnuts, mushrooms, chalk, brown sugar, ginger, oak toast and some vegetals. Almost unending.
  A fine bottle of aged Champagne drinking very well now. WOTN.
