(Terriccio Tassinaia) #3; COLOR-dark; NOSE-classic; sour cherry; creamy raspberry; TASTE-great complexity; very dry; a little creamy (vanilla extract) on the back-end; blackberries are dancing on my palate; this is a good wine; a hair too New World for me; AG-91; GV-90

Bought from a small liquor store that didn't realize what they had in stock.. Yummy wine!
Color. Dark red, very little, if any brick at the edge.
Nose. Cherries, cedar, cocoa, grilled meats
Palate. Cherries, prunes, cocoa, lingering, but sift tannins. A few raisins. Still yummy after 19 years.

Quite fruit forward And still fresh but unbalanced and angular. Decent finish.

Nice, complex flavor profile but little structure. Drink now as I cannot see age becoming it

Very new world. Pop and pour, ready to go. Some cherry, dark fruit. Heavy oak. Easy drink, crowd pleasing. Nothing that is distinctly "Italian".

Popped and poured. Dark cherry, complex wine. Slightly better than my previous bottles. Drinking well now but last for another 3 years.
