Popped and poured. Restrained apricot aroma. Clean flavors of stone fruit, minerals. Slightly bitter finish. Firm backbone, no major flaws but not much going on either. Seems tired. I think I overlooked this one for too long. No score.

appears pale light gold, smell nice salty, dry, firm and nice nose, mouthfeel good spritz, taste clean and crunchy, very green, taste explodes as it opens, salty green, lime juice and vegetables, delicious, fantastic wine as I was cooking, paired excellently with some stir-fried chinese mustard green and bok choy, more tired and a bit more ho-hum on day two, but day one made it a fantastic wine

had with Thai Shrimp soup at Bob's home. Very interesting, tasted stones like a muscadet but with a bit of carbonation that may be acidity.
