Really pretty good. Plentiful but not shrill acidity. Good body. Lime and a little grapefruit. Nice match with sauteed white beans in Northern Italian style.

A pale yellow in the glass with faint scents of bell & jalapeno pepper followed by minerals and a faint hint of lime. In the mouth flavors of tart lemon are followed by jalapeno and minerals on a very short, almost abrupt finish.

NSMFOW May '09--Sparkling Wines, Summer Quaffers, Roses, and Light Reds (The Grapevine, Salem, MA): Pale yellow color. Nose of grapefruit or lime with a nice minerality. Similar on the palate with abundant acidity. I would have liked less grapefruit and more minerality. I would have guessed this as a NZ sauvignon blanc.

Wine and Cheese Pairing (Farpointe Cellar): The nose had citrus, apple, pear, and stone. The palate was crisp and had lots of minerality, plus some apple and pear.
