  Écoutez... quand un vin est prêt.. il est prêt! Cette syrah avec une bavette dijonnaise sur le bbq... sublime!! Des épices, du poivre un fruit explosif et belle touche d'évolution sur la vanille de Madagascar et un peu de tabac. Merci Michel!!!

  Le vin est costaud et plutôt lourdeau. Son taux de 14,8% d'alcool doit y être pour quelque chose. Le nez est tout de même beau, quoi qu'un peu unidimensionnel. En bouche, l'olive noire et le poivre y sont bien présents. Pas mal.

  Huge nose: blueberry jam. Nice depth in the mouth... dark chocolate. Not a jam bomb at all. Unashamedly Washington State, without straying too far from the essence of a Syrah tempered with a hint of Grenache. Delicious with grilled steak. This is a nice wine.
