Absolutely stunning wine. Still fairly light in color. Aromas of green and white fruits, chalk, citrus soaring from the glass. Round, smooth on the palate, marks of brine and chalk. Herbs. Great volume and complexity. And many years left for sure.

This is a surprise! A friend gave it to me last year and said "maybe it's good?" A year later I reach in the back of the fridge and it is good. A straw yellow that looks like the wine is around 5 to 7 years old, it's a little shy aromatically with a little wax and pear scent. Nothing smells off. A little tart but balanced - with a small amount of reluctant yellow fruit to start and some weight, but not much else in the mid pallet. It has the texture of skim milk. The finish let's you know it's old - that almost bourgogne-blanc aged flat finish. I'm shocked it's as good as it is.

I think this wine is past it's prime. Darker yellow with a waxy, honey comb texture. Muted stone fruit and general thinness. Probably better a few years ago.

Great vintage of one of the best Sauvignon Blancs on the planet.

One of my fave Cab. Sauvignons. Manages to be both crisp and creamy; mineral and fruity.
