(NV Va Piano Bruno’s Blend IV Columbia Valley) Light cashew notes and smoke on the nose. Brightly tart and lively on the palate. A great wine to pair with a zesty red pasta sauce.
(NV Va Piano Vineyards Bruno’s Blend IV Columbia Valley) Vanilla and clove mark the nose. Tart and crisp on the taste. A great food wine. Syrah; Malbec.

Nice blackberry nose. Slightly acidic, she says, tannins and black fruit, this one we agree on. Not very complex but still tasting good for the price.

Still a bit tight but a better Bordeaux blend than might be expected from a WA wine at this price.

35% Syrah, 30% Malbec, 25% Merlot, remainder: Cab Franc and Cab Sauvignon.
Lively ripe fruit, smoke, fresh milled spice aromas. Sharp fruit, subtle tannins, simple and pleasing.
Drink now.
