  Absolutely mature. Well balanced with soft tannins and dark fruit. Much less "In your face" than many an Australian Shiraz

  Not a typical Australian Shiraz, but drinking well. Quite soft dark fruit.

  Rich, dry Shiraz Viognier with lots of mid-palate weight. A touch over extracted, but very good with food.

  Not your typical Shiraz. blackberry fruit and a medium body with some spice and green from the Viognier. Very interesting.
