Southside Chambolle 1er Crus (Chicago IL): Served Blind. Somewhat dried red fruits. Confit red cherry and rhubarb as well. Decent on the palate with a lot of acid. However fell apart quickly in the glass.

Chambolle Musigny "Southside" 1er Cru Dinner (Custom House - Chicago IL): Served blind. Started with aromas and flavors of dried cherry and mild spice. Too much unresolved tannin from the start, then the fruit faded very quickly leaving an awkward half-glass of unhappiness.
