Uber-ripe, fat lemon and golden apple notes with some toasty oak, but an enormous, and rather disconcerting, amount of sugar and sweetness. This is ridiculously flabby and thick, almost syrupy. Definitely not Chablis. Where's the acidity, the seashells, the minerality????
WTF????

stainless steel fermentation. medium body. seemed too thick and flabby for ss. kevin and i were polar opposite on the acid component, which was the most interesting aspect of tasting this. forgetable.

Louis Jadot Tasting (AZ Wine Company): Pale yellow color. Nose of citrus fruit with good oak undertones. Tastes of lemon, orange and grapefruit. Crisp and clean on the mid palate with a limestone minerality. Medium bodied. Possesses some interesting depth of fruit but unfortunately finish a touch acidic and sharp.

this wine disappoints. Flabby. Tastes of oak, subtle minerality. It wouldn't be bad if it were only $11.

Simple Chablis. Enjoyable, but lacked much complexity or finish.
