Wine was narrow out of the bottle but quickly opened up. It is clarion in body, clear, crisp and bright, almost with a rainier cherry flavor. It has the classic Moshin terroir, which I appreciate, but the wine was a bit singular to me, even once it developed. I don't see age helping this wine. Drink up.

We drank this bottle after a meal. Minor traces of dark cherry and chocolate. It was good but not great. I wouldn't rush to buy another. Perhaps with food it would have garnered more praise.

Quite rich and concentrated, but we then opened another Pinot - a Fort Ross, which was so much more complex and interesting.
