Nice nose of dried fruits and potpourri. Some red bricking on the edges. This wine is a mature PN ready to drink. Fruit has taken a back seat here but the wine still showed freshness. Bought from winery and kept at 55 degrees since.

Sure didn't seem like 16 year old Pinot. Black cherry on the attack with Provençal herbs, earth, and a beef broth note on the finish.
