Mega Slide (Waterford Wines Milwaukee): nose shows the delicate side of spring water. Is there another side?? lightest wax note in the nose. mineral driven palate. overall quite a delicacy of profile. Medium acidity. After 1 hour - grape water on the nose. aged grape on the palate and a hint of almondine on the finish.

Jay Miller comes to San Francisco (Caffe Sociale): Just had a bit of this but it was clean, citrusy and elegant, with just a smidgeon of diesel. Very young and relatively unevolved for a 14 year-old wine, with clean green fruits and (seems like) a dollop of RS. A very pleasing and refreshing style, if a bit lacking in weight and length.

Delicious wine. Has a bit of petroleum, white flowers, almond, some tropical fruit notes, wonderful minerality, hints of smoke. Quite beautiful.
