  This wine was tasted in a "first" vertical of Les Echansons including the 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 89, 88 (no dosage and disgorged just prior to the tasting), 88 and 82 (ND and disgorged prior to the tasting) with Chef de Cave Hervé Dantan. Pale in color, green apples, citrus, some spicy ginger on the nose and pear on the palate. The acidity was good but not overwhelming from this wine yet to be released in the market. It will improve dramatically over the next ten years.
