  This wine was tasted in vertical of Les Echansons including the 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 89, 88 (no dosage and disgorged just prior to the tasting), 88 and 82 (ND and disgorged prior to the tasting) with Mailly's Chef de Cave Hervé Dantan. Mushrooms, coffee, lime and butter on the nose. High acidity and a sweetness on the palate. Keep for another five years but will never reach very much higher rating.
