Nose: subtle lime; floral tones Palate: bright acidity, almost frizante at beginning & mid-palate; well structured and long finish. Best Gruner I've ever tasted, which is somewhat of a limited history. Has structure that can match with a spectrum of foods; we had w/ a pesto salmon dish. Would be great w/food or as a stand-alone aperatif. Recommend -yes!!
