  Almost sweet, well composed. Open 2 hours before - this is important! Almost no aroma - but great mix from minerality at relatively low alcohol level.

  Nach etwas Luft (ca eine Stunde die Wunder wirkt) wieder sehr schöne Apfelfrucht, frisch aber auch dicht und druckvoll. Ein wirklich grossartiger und vielseitiger Speisenbegleiter da der Wein Frische/spritzige Säure mit Volumen/druckvoller Frucht verbindet und somit ein guter Gegenspieler für Geflügel (schwerer zubereitetes Huhn oder Ente/Gans), Schwein wie auch Rind. Aber die perfekte Kombination ist Schwein, vor allem zum Schweinsbraten.

  Diesem Wein muss man etwas Luft geben. Gleich nach dem Öffnen ist der Eindruck eher schwach, säurearm, breit, etwas zu dick. Langweilig.
  Nach ca einer Stunde wird das ein wirklich guter Veltliner, schön balanciert und mit gutem Fruchtdruck. Wird kein wirklich grosser Weisswein aber als Speisenbegleiter- wie heute zum Schnitzel - grossartig.
