Lemon, with a hint of petroleum on the nose. Very prominent citrus-like acidity. Maybe overly tart, but I feel the fruit stands up with the acidity. Relatively dry for this producer. Matched shrimps and almost crabs.

Light color. Not much on the nose except for faint volatile notes. Medium weight, dry, serious acidity and strongly mineral, very persistent finish. Neither fleshy nor flashy but very good.

Starts off nicely but Far too much acidity at the end. Disappointing.
