  Effusive and intensely minty nose with mature plum, wet cedar, tobacco leaf and bell pepper. Palate is so fresh with round and still-sweet fruit balanced by fine tannin. All kinds of flavor complexity echoing the nose, but the mint and wet cedar and tobacco are especially appealing. I imagine this will hold for a decade or two.
