Black fruit nose with a little spice followed by nice fruit, spice and cinnamon flavors. There isn't a lot of tannins but there is a nice complexity to this wine. This might not be quite as big as two years ago, but it is an excellent tasting wine.

This wine starts with a big, blackberry nose. Flavors of blackberry, earth and pepper are combined with pleasant tannins and followed by a long, lingering, lip smacking finish.

New worldy ripe style, round, plush with ripe tannins and loads of frui; plus vanilla, cedarwood, spices, and white pepper. Very nice! This begs for the next glass.

Not evolving. Discordant notes. Finish unsatisfying, harsh.
