With Jill, Brill, Brad and Jen over Top Chef New York and Homemade Cast Iron Skillet Mac n Cheese. Nice balance showing unique cirspness, butteriness and earth notes all at once. Not a whole lot of depth in the palate but this medium bodied Gruner is a great buy at about 15 bucks.

Citrusy nose with hints of toast and minerality. Nice flavors of lemon zest, peach, minerals, and melon. Very long finish of stone fruits and grapefruit. Good acidity. I enjoyed this wine.

Smells like a chard and tastes like a sauv blanc blend.

Drank this wine to start Top Chef night. Crisp and buttery with a hint of sweetness. Easy to drink, I think everyone can appreciate this wine.

Very much enjoyed this. A vibrantly effervescent mineralaity. Just dances on the tongue. In a word... lively!
