Tasted like a sour french wine the first night. Now on the 3rd night, it has really opened up and is quite good. Still very French in nature, but surprisingly good. It obviously needs to lay down for a while.

Quick Day Trip to Napa (Napa Valley CA): Tasting at winery. Subtle aromas and flavors - plum and blackberry. Everything in good balance. 5% Petite Sirah added. Definitely well done for the vintage.

Honeymoon in the Wine Country: Tastes of rubbing alcohol. And paint thinner with some mint. Woody black currant and black cherry. Tannic, tannic, tannic.
