Popped and let breathe for about two hours before starting to drink with dinner. It needed this much time without a decant to open up, but showed very nicely. Long finish.

Last bottle with slow cooker pot roast. Delicious and still very young tasting. I would say open-an hour or two prior to drinking. Drink or hold.

Crimson in color, integrated tannins, smooth moderate finish of dark red fruit, chocolate, spice and cassis. I think this is the peak drinking window.
