13.5% alcohol. Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Light styled nose of lemons, windex and a bit of flowers. Flavors of yellow apples, yellow pears and a dash of mineral. Light to medium acidity and body. Drink over the short term.

A touch more moody and complex than the 1/19/2011 bottle. This exotic wine must be drunk with food to be best appeciated.
