  Appearance: Bright and clear, medium (-) ruby, with garnet rims and legs
  Nose: Clean, medium intensity and developing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, red currant, red cherries, undergrowth, gamey and animal.
  Palate: Dry, with medium (+) and lively acidity, this wine is of medium (-) tannin, medium alcohol and medium (-) bodied, with medium intensity flavors of strawberry, raspberry, red cherries, redcurrant and cedar, finishing with a medium length.
  Conclusion: Good quality Burgundy village wine with typical Pinot Noir characters of strawberry and red fruits. Good structure and in balance, with reasonable intensity on both nose and palate, though a bit simple, supported with a reasonable length but nothing outstanding. Ready to drink now but can benefit from further ageing of 2-3 years.

  Nice wine. Faint cherry on nose, but fairly constrained. Palate was light cherry / cranberry potpourri. Had a bright acidity to it which made it pair well with food.
  
  Not an outstanding wine, but certainly nice from a QPR perspective.

Certainly better than most generic Bourgongne in this same price range, but perhaps not as perfumed or intense as some other negociant village level Cote De Beaune wines.
