  • Wow, gorgeous! Jason wasn't kidding when he said this was drinking beautifully right now...he may have said this as much as a year ago to me, but who's counting? Very youthful tasting to me, probably could have sat on it longer, but why when it's this lovely now at 10?

  • Decanted for sediment and given 30-60 minutes to breathe...this was utterly brilliant. Light bodied, high acidity, vibrant tart red fruits and a silky mouthfeel. I could drink these wines all night long. Outstanding!!

  • Corked. There was enough fruit to show what might have been, and I was looking forward to my first still wine of this varietal, but it was not meant to be, alas.

  • Very light color, low extraction at the rim which is ruby. On the nose very aromatic, floral and pretty with nuanced and distinctive red fruit and pitty smells, background earthy stoney aromas, minimal new barrique aromas. On the palate moderate acidity with a light yet round midpalate, very little tannic impression on the finish which is of low ETOH. Balanced wine with low length, good intensity, low to moderate complexity. Very good finesse, texture is slightly rustic but fresh and light, ? expression of place. This is a real charming wine that doesn't have a ton of depth of flavor or complexity but is a very pretty, slightly distinctive, in btw rose and dry red kind of wine. Drink now.
