Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • An oak aged Pinot Gris that would put a smile on any Chardonnay drinkers face. The nose has a lot of mealy and toast aromas with some dried apricot and minerals. The palate is ripe and round but has a steely focus from the mineral laden fruit. Almost traces of Chablis like wet stones are evident and the oak strings out the impressive length.
