13.5% There's sweet raspberry fruit on the nose with some beetroot and a fresh, almost minty lift. It's fairly direct on the attack, but quickly falls away to weediness.

barnyard funk on the nose. good ripe red fruits on the palate. tasted this next to a bernard morey bottle from the same vineyard. this has much more body, but a little less complexity. the finish is good. excellent and really enjoyable wine.

i had a slight feeling that this was beginning to close down. still enjoyable but a little tighter than previous bottles.

developing a little complexity. lovely burgundy aromas, really enticing. the tannins now seen a little more prominent.
