Progressing nicely. Developing more complexity, but the fruit was a little muted this time. Very dark, brooding flavors with a little caramel hint in the finish. Structure still nice and a very enjoyable bottle.

Very deep purple color. Opened for an hour then decanted an hour. Rich dark fruit on the nose. Bright cherry flavor with luscious mouthwatering feel. Full body. Nicely integrated fruit, acid and back-end tannins. This is a great everyday wine for a mid to high teen price.

The Blind Drunks monthly tasting (Joe's): Garnet/crimson color. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, tobacco, bell pepper and with air, lavender. Fine-grained tannins with flavors of dark fruit black cherry, currants and berries. Good length on the finish, with spice and herb nuances. Guessed cab from either Sonoma or a cooler Napa site.

(Needs lots of time to open up- much better palate on second day) beautiful bouquet of dark fruit & flowers on the nose; blackberries and leather combine with some vanilla in a very nice balanced mouthfeel. Medium finish.

started out with a bell pepper type of taste, but started to smooth out and got bits of chocolate and berry flavors.
