sub $15 and Charmat method but eerily replicates that yeasty developed notes from actual Champagne. Not so much in matching the depth and refinement, but drinks so fun and interesting to me

Yeasty and sweet. Floral, rich, but gentle.

I've had this before and don't remember it being as sweet as this current version is.

Very aromatic - mostly white flower aromas. Off dry with flavors of ripe apple, mear, apricot and nectarine. Low alcohol and nice mouthfeel.

Yeasty, honey, light stone fruit. Lighthearted, enjoyable wine.
