three hours bottle breath this time; similar bouquet like last time but with much more floral as it continues to evolve; medium+; just a little short in finish; very nice

allowed 1 hour bottle decant; beautiful bouquet with some tropical fruits, lemon, white floral, nutty, and cream; medium+ body; nutty, spicy and slight creamy palate; I love the nose more than the palate; a good young white Burg at this price

Elegant and lovable. Medium bodied. Toasted bread, mineral, honey notes all in balance. Would be better if it has more strength but it is quite nice as it is now.

Bright....light golden straw colour. Nose is immediate Dan Ta (Hong Kong Chinese egg tarts), hint of Fairy Liquid, followed by lots of flint and some lime zest. Palate is refreshingly sharp red apples acidity, gunflint, oyster shells, excellent minerality and impressive refreshing length with a very flinty and enjoyable finish. Impressive and very enjoyable.

Rich biscuity nose, white flowers and creamy peaches and creme Fraiche. Dense mouthfeel and layered.
