  • First time with this wine and producer. The drinking window needs extending as this did not show much age and still had plenty of acidity to balance the sweetness. Very nice.

  • White yellow with a little green and quite some viscosity. In the nose ticklish and fizzy (no CO2, but still fizzy). Slight sponti smell that disappeared after two days in the fridge. There's some apricot, brown sugar and floral notes, too. On the palate, it's almost oily with also some fizziness. It reminds me of natural effervescent powder if there was such a thing. Quite sweet in the middle with nice acidity in the finish. Good Spätlese.
