  Though only 7.0%, this has a lot of presence in the mouth with a ripe and broad peachy flavour, but still showing spritzig on the very tip of the tongue. An hour and a half after my meal of prawn and mussel pasta in creamy sauce, there seems to more spritzig than when the bottle was opened, with the palate gaining texture, length and creating much more interest. Some cream in the finish. With the meal the sweetness stood out, but not so after it. Furthermore, it gains energy. Close to a half-notch higher, but I'll rate it merely very good. I think it should be drunk by 2024.

  Nose of peach pit, mineral.
  Palate of light citrus peel, white grapefruit, mineral, and some heat.
  I really think this was served out of order as the wine was very light.

  Almost clear in color. Tasting this thinking "Like drinking a very light white grape juice. So light, so pure". And then realizing what an idiot I am because that IS what is being consumed. But a lovely super-light, fairly dry with a refreshing lingering wisp of a sweet tart finish.
