  Champenois method
  Nice light golden yellow; dense foam evanescent; medium perlage and consistent;
  Intense smell, med. complex and FINE: Hay, yeast, old-cut apple;
  Dry, alcoholic (12,5%) and med. rounded. good acidity, med. minerals.
  average body. Intense, med. peristent and fine.
  Good equilibrium and armonic
  
  Degorgement made in 2008
  80% Pinot noir, 20% Chardonnay
  24 months on yeast; Producer is in Piedmont, but this vineyard are located in Oltrepò pavese (Lombardia)
