We found this wine in the cellar and were afraid that we had missed the drinking window. We tried it anyway and were delighted. It started with citrus and mineral overtones, and over the course of several hours developed floral aspects in the nose and honeysuckle and tropical fruit flavors. It is smooth and full in the mouth as it opens. It is still drinking well, and we think it will last a bit longer.
